Sagrantino Grappa

The great heritage that characterizes the Sagrantino grapes allows us to have a small distillery produce a single-varietal grappa of particular intensity and harmony, distilled in a discontinuous bain-marie still.

This grappa is clear, colorless and crystalline. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasant aromas of blackberry, plum, hazelnut, violet and black cherry, with little perceptible alcohol pungency. The taste is intense, and the alcohol pungency tends to dissolve rapidly. Good correspondence to the nose, balanced sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of blackberry, plum and black cherry.
